Three Brothers Building LLC turned our dark closed off basement into a daylight basement by installing a huge 12ft window and French doors in the main part. Also a standard sized window in what we're now turning into a bedroom. Since they did such a great job with the windows and doors, we have called them back and contracted them to finish the entire basement and remodel 2 bathrooms in our upstairs living space. In the basement they will be framing, plumbing, moving and finishing the stairwell, installing new HVAC, moving existing duct work and closing it in, electrical work including adding outlets, lights, panel. Fireplace with mantle and shelves, finishing a bathroom, bedroom, closets, storage rooms and kitchenette. The 2 bathrooms upstairs are a total gut with remodel. We will have new vanities with new sinks, shelves, floors, walk in showers and all new fixtures.These guys are honest, reliable, punctual and $ reasonable. These guys use professional workmanship. Tristen is wonderful to work with. He's helping us bring our remodeling vision to life! Thank you Three Brothers Building LLC for your hard work to get this done for us. Highly recommend.
